I've just finished watching The West Wing which screens afterthe Tonight news on TV ONE every Monday night, and I'm really starting to get into this series! Despite the characters spending most of their time running around The White House or meeting at Camp David, it's interesting seeing how they operate and deal with conflicts such as the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, Iraq and Iran and other policial matters.
It got me wondering what a drama based on our own government would be like. All they would be talking about would be treaty negotiations, Auckland's traffic congestion and NCEA. Aren't we so insignificant!
